Manx Language Charity Mooinjer Veggey is running a Christmas Willow Wreath Workshop on Sunday 10th December in the St Johns Methodist Hall. In this workshop, attendees learn to make their own Willow Wreath using natural willow and seasonal greenery.
These popular workshops are led each year by John ‘Dog’ Callister who guides participants as they make their own wreath.
Community Engagement Officer, Grainney Sheard said: “This workshop is ideal to come to at this time of year as it gives us the opportunity to reconnect with natural materials, use our hands and slow down for an hour or two during an otherwise busy festive period.”
All materials will be provided including willow, seasonal greenery and refreshments. Should participants wish to want to add you own glitz and ribbons, they are encouraged to bring them along.
